I know some of you already know about this… but for those of you that don’t know, haven’t heard, or are just not sure, I thought I’d share with you what it’s all about… because I love the Monkey in the Middle Consignment Event!
So if you haven’t already heard, the next Monkey in the Middle’s Consignment event is “swinging” back into town soon. My good friends at Monkey in the Middle only do this event twice a year, in the Spring & in the Fall. And this year’s Spring event is happening NEXT WEEK! I don’t know of anything else like this here in the desert…
Here’s the deal: this is a 3 day event where you can consign and/or buy some really great stuff! And if you have kids, this totally makes sense! I know with my family, we swap clothes and kids stuff all the time. My sisters & I always swapped baby gear that we didn’t use anymore… Because we only used it for a short time, and it was still like new, in great condition! You’re not just going to throw those things away, and garage sales are too much hassle… So that’s why this is so perfect, it’s like swapping your good stuff with your local friends!
Consignors bring their gently used items (that are in excellent condition) to sell to you at a fraction of the price they paid for it, because they just don’t need it anymore. And I know those same consignors are picking out new things they need while they’re there! I always see tons of great stuff for kids of all ages. Clothes, toys, bikes, furniture, swings, walkers, highchairs, cribs, I can go on and on… you name it, they’ve got it! Every event is FULL of quality items at incredible prices, awesome deals that you won’t want to miss!
WHEN: Spring/Summer Sale – March 12-15, 2015
WHERE: 78525 Hwy 111, La Quinta CA (the corner of HWY 111 & Washington, Next to LG’s Steakhouse)

If you follow me on facebook or instagram, you’ve probably seen my posts about the deals I’ve scored in the past… at the very last event one of the things we came home was a pink bike for $15. That bike was a hit! My daughter loves it, and we’ve already put a lot of our own miles on it. I can’t wait to see what we’ll find next week! Every single event seems to be bigger & better than the last!
If you’ve never been to one of these events, and want to know what it’s like, check out the promo video I made of their last event (below). You’ll see people literally lining up at the doors waiting to shop, IT’S THAT GOOD! And if you are expecting, or have just had a baby you should totally sign up for their “Baby Monkey Pre-Sale”. It’s like first dibs on all of the good stuff before the event is open to the public, you can’t beat that! Get more info about that on their website, or you can follow this link here> Monkey in the Middle “Baby Monkey Pre-Sale”
I really do love this event. It’s so much fun, and everyone there is so nice! I love the deals, I love the variety, I love that it’s organized and orderly, I love all of the volunteers there to help you, and I love that they also offer some brand new items from our local boutiques too! So if you decide to go and check it out next week, you’ll have to stop by and say hi! I have a little booth there with my photos. And I usually try to keep a few treats on the table for you (just a little something sweet after all of that shopping!). So stop by and chat, or just come and check out some adorable baby photos, guaranteed to make you smile <3 See you there!
