Plan & Prepare
In advance of your portrait session, we’ll meet to discuss wardrobe, styling, and where you’ll showcase your new family heirlooms.

Rest & Relax
Because we planned everything prior to your session, you can relax while we create these very special family memories—in your home.

Ooh & Aah
One week after your portrait session, we’ll meet to select your final images and choose the best artwork to decorate your home with love.

WHAT DOES IT COST? HOW DO I BOOK?
When you’re ready to book, a $500 deposit is required to reserve your session.
Each session includes the following:
+ A pre-session style & concept consultation
+ 3-4hr in-home, studio-style photo session
+ Access to my carefully curated collection of props & accessories for baby
+ Access to client closet (wardrobe) for family portraits
+ Post-session ordering & design appointment
Our print products begin at $250 and image bundle collections start at $1200. Once your photos are ready for viewing, we’ll meet for your ordering & design appointment where you’ll have the opportunity to choose your favorites and place your order at that time. On average, clients typically invest between $1000 – $4500 on custom albums, printed photographs, digital files, and wall art keepsakes. Please inquire for package details & options.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY SESSION?
Most people will book thier newborns session around their 20-week ultrasound to ensure a spot on my calendar.
Newborn sessions are typically held at 7-14 days old, or within 1-2 weeks of baby coming home.
It’s best if you contact me as soon as you know you want newborn photos. I take bookings based on due dates and most people don’t realize that newborn photographers are often booked weeks/months in advance… so don’t delay; I’d love to work with you!
WHAT WILL THE SESSION BE LIKE?
The doorbell will ring. I’ll walk in. And from there on out, you pretty much have the morning off!
Meaning, you don’t have to plan anything really. We will have already talked through everything during our consultation: the photos you’ve been dreaming of, the story you want to tell, and your ideas for style, colors, and props.
With my traveling studio setup, I’ll bring everything we need (even the wood floor!) to make your vision a reality. You don’t need to buy props—I have everything you requested. All I need is some floor space in your home to set up my little studio and a few hours to make the magic happen!
We’ll start with images of siblings & family, if you’d like them. After that, you can relax on the sofa and watch, or rest. Because we are working out of your home, you’ll have the time and space you need for baby’s feeding and changes…
We can take our time to capture all of the photos you’ve been dreaming of.
HOW SOON WILL I BE ABLE TO VIEW THE IMAGES?
Immediately after your session, I’ll whisk the images to my studio, handcraft them further, and contact you when your proofs are ready.
About one week after your session, we’ll set up a time to go through the final images together over video chat (or in person if you like). Once you choose your favorites, we can design a collection of artwork for your home.
DO YOU REQUIRE NATURAL LIGHT?
Not at all! I bring all the light I need.
WHAT IF MY BABY IS FUSSY?
Can you imagine if I said that I can’t handle fussy babies?
Babies are fussy sometimes, I’ve seen it all. Nothing scares me! Whether your baby cries, spits up, blows out, sleeps, or is bright-eyed the entire time, I’ll absolutely make it work (and enjoy every moment of baby fun). They don’t call me the baby whisperer for nothin!
Please, please don’t worry about how the session will go. I promise to make it easy for you, I’ve got this!
CAN MY OTHER CHILDREN BE IN THE PHOTOS?
Absolutely! We’ll plan the session around your family’s specific needs and desires. We’ll start with images of siblings & family if you’d like them. After that, they can even go back to school/daycare while we focus on the baby’s individual photos.
DO I NEED TO BUY PROPS?
Nope! I’ll bring everything we decide on in our planning session (I have a ton to choose from!).
If there is something special you want to include, like a family heirloom, we’ll fit it into our plan.
