Moments before we snapped this photo, baby Easton was a little unsettled… and I could tell that mom & dad were a little worried that we might not get any good photos, so they were maybe a bit unsettled too… babies are so unpredictable, I know! And this little guy just wasn’t quite asleep yet… maybe he was hungry?Again!? (He was such a “good eater”, lol!)
We weren’t quite sure right then, he was just really wiggly and seemed unhappy being away from his mama at this moment… But his daddy knew what to do, he stroked his soft little head, held him close to his body so that he felt secure, and “shhhhh’d” him softly in his ear… and then, like magic he started to settle, and finally fell asleep, right in daddy’s loving hands <3 Being a new parent is hard and scary all at once, it so hard to know what a baby needs sometimes, but all they really need is lots of love, I promise…
